In light of the current economic challenges, a group of philanthropists has stepped forward to support individuals by easing the burden of rent through “Rental Assistance” for successful applicants.
Generous donors have been instrumental in helping us meet the needs of those who are particularly less privileged.
Eligibility Criteria
This program is open to individuals from all countries, with a preference for those in low- to middle-income countries.
To be eligible for Rental Assistance, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Low-income earners: Individuals who earn below the median income for their country or region and need Assistance to meet housing costs.
Widows or widowers: Individuals who have lost their spouse and are struggling financially and require Assistance.
Unemployed individuals: Those who are currently out of work and unable to meet their rent obligations, thereby needing Assistance.
Single parents: Parents who are solely responsible for supporting their children and are in need of Assistance.
Individuals with health challenges: Those dealing with serious illness or disability that affects their ability to earn a living and requires Assistance to cover rent expenses.
Students: Full-time students facing financial difficulties, including those who are unable to pay their rent due to loss of part-time income or lack of family support, and are eligible for Assistance.

1. Application Deadline: Applications for this batch close on November 30, 2024. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible since we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for Assistance.
2. Limited Slots: Due to the limited number of slots available each month for Assistance, not all applicants may be successful. However, unsuccessful applicants are welcome to reapply for future Rental Assistance.
3. Assistance Amount: The Assistance amount provided will depend on available funding and the applicant’s specific situation. It will be paid directly to the landlord or housing provider.

6. Unsuccessful Applicants: If your application is not successful, you may reapply for future assistance programs, as there are limited slots for each month.
7. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during the application process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing this assistance.
8. Non-transferable: The Rental Assistance provided is non-transferable and must only be used for the intended purpose of paying rent.
